BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute water and/or wastewater
service agreements with ExxonMobil Beaumont Refinery, Chemtrade Refinery Services,
Inc.,Gerdau Ameristeel of Beaumont, ExxonMobil Chemical Company/Beaumont Plant and
ExxonMobil Oil Corporation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
January, 2012.
