BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an imaging system,for use by the
Police Department, from MCCi, LLC, of Tallahassee, Florida, through the State of Texas
Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract, in the amount of$91,694.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of January,
2012.
