BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase and
installation of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) automation controls from
Automated Logic United Environmental Services, of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of
$199,800 through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule(TXMAS)contract for use in several
City facilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with Automated Logic United Environmental Services, of
Beaumont, Texas, for the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
December, 2011.
