HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 11-339 RESOLUTION NO. 11-339 WHEREAS, LITWOOD, Inc. has agreed to convey a twenty(20)foot wide drainage line easement, as described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit"B," attached hereto, and a fifty (50)foot wide drainage and utility easement, as described in Exhibit "C" and shown on Exhibit "D," attached hereto, to the City of Beaumont for the purpose of constructing a storm sewer outfall pipe and extension of a sanitary sewer line for future development of the proposed West Chase Village Subdivision Section 10 located on Village Drive; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances are necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in all things, approved and adopted; and, THAT the easements conveyed by LITWOOD, Inc., as described in Exhibits"A"and "C" and shown on Exhibits"B"and "D,"be and the same are hereby, in all things, accepted.
