BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
twenty-one (21) patrol vehicles for use by the Police Department from PhNpott Motors, of
Nederland, Texas, in the amount of $489,916.14 through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
