BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$87,105 to SunGard Public Sectorforthe renewal of an annual maintenance agreement
for software support beginning October 1, 2011.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
