BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Texas Department
of Rural Affairs (TDRA) Budget Adjustment for the purpose of transferring excess grant
funds from the Cartwright/Corley Drainage Improvements Project to the Riverfront Park
Bank Stabilization Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
September, 2011.
