BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) Pierce Custom Velocity
100 Platform aerial ladder truck from Martin Apparatus, Inc., of Houston, Texas, through
the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program in the
amount of$932,198 for use by the Fire Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
September, 2011.
