BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
for the City of Beaumont through the Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management
Agency, Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program in the amount of $442,800 for use by
the Fire Department for the purchase of a compressed air foam system, fire station gear
lockers, mobile data computers, mobile radios, and fire safety equipment.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
September, 2011.
