BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Brystar Contracting,
Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $2,396,243.20 for the Madison Street
Pavement, Drainage, Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project to include storm
sewer,sanitary sewer,water installations and concrete pavement improvements including
sidewalks.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of July,
2011.
