BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the establishment of Jefferson County
Emergency Services District No. 3 to serve the population located west of the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of July,
2011.
