RESOLUTION NO. 11-191
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for an annual contract to provide temporary
personnel services; and,
WHEREAS, Advance Staffing, Inc., Cooper Group, Inc., Labor Ready Central,
and American Personnel Services, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, submitted bids for the
categories and at the hourly rates shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Advance

S aff ng, Inc., Cooper Group, Inc., Labor Ready Central, Inc., and American Personnel
Services, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, as shown above should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby,
in all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT the bids submitted by Advance Staffing, Inc., Cooper
Group, Inc., Labor Ready Central, Inc., and American Personnel Services, Inc., of
Beaumont, Texas, for an annual contract to provide temporary personnel services for
the categories and at the hourly rates shown above be accepted by the City of
Beaumont; and,
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Advance Staffing, Inc., Cooper Group, Inc., Labor Ready Central, Inc., and
American Personnel Services, Inc. for the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
July, 2011.
