WHEREAS, on March 8, 2011, the City Council passed Resolution No. 11-103
granting preliminary support of the proposed Azure Point, a proposed Low Income Housing
Tax Credit (LIHTC) project; and,
WHEREAS, it is requested that Resolution No. 11-103 be amended to reference
Section 49.8(2)(A) of the Texas Administrative code and the 2011 Qualified Allocation
Plan, rather than Section 50.5(a)(7) of the 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in
all things, approved and adopted; and,
That Resolution No. 11-103 is hereby amended to reference Section 49.8(2)(A)of
the Texas Administrative Code.
