WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies for the construction of a clear span hangar at the Beaumont Municipal Airport;
and,
WHEREAS, Bruce's General Construction, of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in
the amount of$380,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bruce's General
Construction, of Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bruce's General Construction, of Beaumont, Texas,furnishing
all labor, materials, equipment and supplies for the construction of a clear span hangar at
the Beaumont Municipal Airport in the amount of $380,000 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
