BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a water and
wastewater service agreement with Cardinal Meadows Improvement District, located
outside the City of Beaumont, as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality, Chapter 290, Sub-Chapter D, Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
2011.
