WHEREAS,the worker's compensation claim of Tracy O'Quinn has been discussed
in an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, March 22, 2011; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Tracy O'Quinn
in the amount of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000.00).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of April,
