BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Moore's Waterproofing,
of Vidor, Texas, in the amount of $387,260 for masonry restoration of the Jefferson
Theatre and Municipal Court Building.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
March, 2011.
