RESOLUTION NO. 11-096
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to Brystar Contracting,
Inc.,of Beaumont,Texas, in the amount of$948,949.55 for the Cartwright/Corley Drainage
Project to include drainage boxes, street pavement and water&sewer utility service lines.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
March, 2011.
