BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit an application to the
Texas Department of Transportation for temporary use of State of Texas right-of-way for
the Gusher Marathon planned for March 12, 2011.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
March, 2011.
