C. Modica of the County of Jefferson., State of Texas, hereinafter called GRANTOR, and the City of Beaumont, Texas, acting by and through its duly authoiized Agent,hereinafter called GRANTEE, witnesseth: GRANTEE and the CrRA..NTOR above recited have reached an agreement wherein tl)e GRANTORS are to convey to the GRANTEE the property described frilly in a. Special Warranty Deed to be executed by GRANTORS, to which reference is hereby made for complete description, said property being briefly described as fellows: 0.0358 acre tract out of the F.
