BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an excavator for use by the Water
Utilities Department,from Landmark Equipment,of Irving,Texas, in the amount of$54,493
through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
