BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT The Parker Law Firm be and it is hereby authorized to file an appeal in the lawsuit
styled Erik Kvarme et al v. The City of Beaumont, Texas, et al, Cause No. D-179,887,
currently pending in the 172nd District Court of Jefferson County.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1st day of
February, 2011.
