BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a tractor-loader for use by the
Parks and Recreation Department from Waukesha-Pearce Industries, Inc., of Port Arthur,
Texas, in the amount of $78,417.08 through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1st day of
February, 2011.
