BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of a contract to APAC-Texas, Inc., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $973,553.30 for the construction of a parking lot to
serve the Downtown Event Center and Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
January, 2011.
