BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into contracts to purchase
homes and provide relocation assistance to owners of homes that repeatedly flood from
funds provided through the FEMA Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL) Grant Program as
described below:
