BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of pavement marking
equipment from Trantex, Inc., of Houston,Texas,for use by the Public Works Department,
Transportation Division in amount of$109,950.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
January, 2011.
