NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby accepts a donation in the amount of$28,500 from Samson
Lone Star, LLC for shade structures, tables, and benches at the Gulf Terrace Hike and
Bike Trail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is authorized to execute all appropriate instruments of conveyance
and gift to receive a donation in the amount of$28,500 from Samson Lone Star, LLC for
shade structures, tables, and benches at the Gulf Terrace Hike and Bike Trail.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
