BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appointment of Courtney Pitchford Davis as Assistant City Attorney 11 for the City
of Beaumont be and the same is hereby approved and her initial salary is established at
$44,500 annually and thereafter as established by the Budget of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
January, 2011.
