BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of two(2)
excavators from Waukesha-Pearce Industries, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$180,935 through the BuyBoard, a cooperative purchasing program, for use by the Water
Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2010.
