BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to file an appeal of arbitration
decision No. 703900048410 and the filing is hereby ratified to contest an adverse
arbitrator's decision requiring the payment for unused vacation time that was not used in
accordance with the terms of the Firefighter's Collective Bargaining Agreement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2010.
