BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, notice for the City Council meeting of December 7, 2010 was posted
for the issuance and sale of up to $17,700,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds
Series 2011; and
WHEREAS, the actual value of the General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series
2011 sold was $17,785,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in
all things, approved and adopted; and
THAT the City Council hereby ratifies the issuance and sale of General Obligation
Refunding Bonds Series 2011 in the amount of$17,785,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2010.
