BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, notice for the City Council meeting of December 7, 2010 was posted
for the issuance and sale of $35,000,000 City of Beaumont, Texas Certificates of
Obligation Series 2011; and
WHEREAS,the actual value of the Certificates of Obligation sold was$35,380,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby, in
all things, approved and adopted; and
THAT the City Council hereby ratifies the issuance and sale of Certificates of
Obligation Series 2011 in the amount of $35,380,000.

December, 2010.
