BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute two (2) Division Orders
with Ballard Exploration Company, Inc.,of Houston,Texas,for establishing the net revenue
interest to be paid to the City of Beaumont for oil and gas wells located on airport property.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2010.
