ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 2011 TO APPROPRIATE$625,000.00 IN THE WATER
FUND TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE WATER
IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE 60" TRUNK LINE
REHABILITATION PROJECT IN THE 2011 CAPITAL
PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT the Fiscal Budget of the City of Beaumont for the period commencing October 1,
2010 through September 30, 2011 be and the same is hereby amended to appropriate
$625,000.00 in the Water Fund to be transferred to the Water Improvement Fund for the
60" Trunk Line Rehabilitation Project in the 2011 Capital Program.
Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance, or the
application of same to a particular set of persons or circumstances should for any reason
be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.
Section 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed to the
extent of the conflict only.
