BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of eighty-two (82) Taser X26
Electronic Control Devices from GT Distributors, Inc., of Austin, Texas, in the amount of
$64,095.85 for use by Police Department uniformed officers.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
November, 2010.
