BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of fifty-
five(55) Digital Mobile Video System (DMVS) units from Coban Technologies, of Stafford,
Texas in the amount of $373,900 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
Cooperative Purchasing Program for use by the Beaumont Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
November, 2010.
