BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$87,005 to SunGard Public Sectorforthe renewal of an annual maintenance agreement
for software support beginning October 1, 2010.
