BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of two
(2) 100-ton air conditioning condensing units from Trane Company of Houston, Texas, in
the amount of$103,670 through The Cooperative Purchasing Network for City Hall.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
