BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of three(3)dump trucks, a hot patch
asphalt truck, and a double-drum roller for use by the Streets and Drainage Division
through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount of$385,898.45 as
shown below:
