BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Simco
Enterprises, Ltd., of Groves, Texas, in the amount of $483,712.00 for the M. L. King Jr.
Parkway Waterline Extension Project which will install 4,103 linear feet of new 12" water
lines and related appurtenances along M. L. King Jr. Parkway.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day September,
