BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Kyle Hayes, City Manager, and Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer, be and they are
hereby authorized as signatories for the execution of documents related to the Waterworks
and Sewer System Revenue Bonds,Taxable Series 2010 B(Build America Bonds-Direct
Payment to Issuer) issued on August 12, 2010.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
