BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Placo,
Ltd., of Lumberton, Texas, in the amount of $667,876.37 for the Frint Road Lift Station
Rehabilitation Project to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish an existing
lift station and to construct a new lift station, furnish and install a radio antenna for SCADA
communications, and install 630 feet of sanitary sewer force main and related
appurtenances.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of July,
