BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary, specifically including a contract with the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task
Force ("Task Force") and Jefferson County, to transfer title of a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado
pickup truck, purchased in the name of the City of Beaumont, to the Jefferson County
Sheriff's Office for maintenance and insurance purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of July,
