BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
in the amount of$84,515.80 to Jefferson County for the renewal of an annual maintenance
agreement with Motorola for support of the 800MHz radio system.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of July,
2010.
