BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase traffic signal vehicle
detection equipment from Naztec, Inc., in the estimated amount of$822,300 through an
Intedocal Agreement with the City of Temple, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of June,
2010.
