BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the trade-in of two (2) Allianz-Madvac MT350
street sweepers and the purchase of two(2)Allianz 4000 street sweepers from Allianz and
Hi-Way Equipment in the amount of$95,432.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNcCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
June, 2010.
