WHEREAS, bids were solicited for an annual contract to provide temporary
personnel services; and,
WHEREAS, Personnel Staffing, Inc., and Advance Staffing, Inc., of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted bids for the categories and at the hourly rates shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Personnel
Staffing, Inc., and Advance Staffing, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, as shown above should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Personnel Staffing, Inc., and Advance Staffing, Inc., of
Beaumont, Texas, for an annual contract to provide temporary personnel services for the
categories and at the hourly rates shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of June,
2010.
