BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS,the City Council has conducted a public hearing concerning reallocation
of$81,376 from the 2009 FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and $18,624 from the
2009 Clearance and Demolition line items to the 2009 Public Facilities - L. L. Melton
Building Repair line item;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate $81,376 from the 2009 FEMA
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and $18,624 from the 2009 Clearance and Demolition
line items to the 2009 Public Facilities - L. L. Melton Building Repair line item.
