BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive grant
funds in an amount up to $295,000 through the Department of Housing and Urban
Development Economic Development Initiative to be used to design and construct a Skate
Park at 800 Pearl.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of May,
2010.
