BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive grant
funds in an amount up to $35,000.00 through The Private Client Group of Capital One,
National Association,to be used for the rehabilitation of The Maurine Gray Literacy Depot.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of May,
2010.
